Activate a marketplace connector (inactive)

POST https://api.onehazel.com/onehazel-api/operators/me/connect/marketplace/{key}/activate

Creates an inactive connection for the connector when every required module is conformant, through the same path as creating a connection in the app. When modules are missing nothing is created and the list is returned. Calling it again returns the existing connection. Going live stays a separate click in the app.
