Activate demo mode for a vendor

POST https://api.onehazel.com/onehazel-api/operators/me/surfaces/demo/{key}

Switches on the anonymous demo launch for one public connector, so the operator's surfaces can offer its play-money games. Session sign-in only, owner or admin of the operator account. Idempotent. Answers 201 with { key, mode }, 404 CONNECT_CONNECTOR_NOT_FOUND for an unknown key, or 409 SURFACE_DEMO_UNAVAILABLE with details.reason of not_public, tombstoned or no_demo_template.
